Option A: Private In-Person Shopping
- Book an appointment by phoning us at 780-962-3000, filling out the "Book at Test Drive Form" or via Facebook Messenger.
- When you arrive, your vehicle of choice will be outside, sanitized, and ready for your test drive.
- If you decide this is the vehicle you want, our team will process the paperwork with you in our sanitized and spacious showroom.
Physical Distancing is taken very seriously here for your safety.
Option B: Buy at Home
- Using our website, pick a vehicle in our inventory that best suits your needs. We have a great selection so we're confident you will find something you like.
- Email sales@zenderford.com, call us at 780-962-3000, or reach out to us via Facebook for instant communication - or fill out the Book at Test Drive Form.
- One of our friendly salespeople will contact you and do a FaceTime/ live video walk through on the vehicle of your choice to show your vehicle in a more personal manner, as well as answer any questions you will have.
- We will deliver the vehicle to your door (fully cleaned and sanitized) for a complimentary 24-hour test drive.
- If you have a trade in vehicle, we will provide you with a complimentary appraisal without having to bring it in.
- If it is the vehicle you want to purchase, we will have our team of finance professionals contact you to finalize credit approvals.
- Upon final approval of the vehicle, we will prepare a document package for you to complete at your home or location of your choice.
Option C: On-line Shopping
- Using our website, pick a vehicle you want to purchase

- If you have a vehicle to trade, enter in all the info requested to get an instant value that we will pay for your trade.
- Enter in your credit information and required information to start on-line approval (this is not just a form sent to someone, this is a bank level secure site that is linked to Ford Credit and RBC).
- Once approved, pick a time to take delivery of the vehicle
- One of our team members will contact you to determine if when and where you want to sign all the paperwork (in Alberta we are legally obliged to have you sign printed documents). We can bring the documents to you, courier the documents to you, or you can set up a private in person delivery time.
