2023 Maverick Tremor Off-Road Package: Everything you need to know

The Ford company listened to its customers’ overwhelming requests for a Maverick Tremor truck to be produced, and announced in August 2022 that it will have an off-road Tremor package for its 2023 entry-level Maverick model. Order banks are now open for buyers to order their 2023 Maverick Tremor packages for the Lariat and XLT models.
What is the Ford Maverick Truck?
The Ford Maverick is an entry-level unibody truck for buyers who want to explore the great outdoors and off-road on the weekends, but still require a dependable compact truck during the week. The Maverick suits people’s lifestyles well, and it is expected to have an affordable price tag -- the manufacturer hasn’t released the official price of the 2023 Ford Maverick, but we expect it to be slightly more than the 2022 current starting price of $20,995.
The 2023 Maverick is expected to be available in three trims: the XL, the XLT, and the Lariat. The Tremor package will only be available in the Lariat and XLT trims.
What Can We Expect in the Maverick Tremor Package
If you pre-order the 2023 Maverick XLT or Lariat models, you’ll be able to upgrade to the Off-road Package or the Appearance Package. The Appearance Package will cost slightly less than the Off-road Package, which will consist of Trail Control, similar to the cruise control found in other vehicles. This feature will assist the truck in maintaining control in off-roading conditions.
The truck will also be equipped with front and rear suspensions, enabling a smoother riding experience. The added heavy-duty gears will ensure that there’s no compromise in the truck’s power when you find yourself in a predicament. The Tremor Package also maximises the truck’s hauling ability to 907.18kg, and you’ll be able to carry a maximum weight of 544.31kg while driving.
Appearance upgrades include a stylish and unique front grille, accentuated and blacked-out logos, headlights, an updated fender vent, and taillights. The truck will have an overall orange theme, and the front tow hooks will be highlighted in this colour, including other orange accents throughout. The Appearance Package includes even more bolder visual upgrades, including a grey-painted carbonised rooftop, black side graphics, and caps on the mirrors.
