Hey Brandon, Dave, Sandra and Zender Ford Management:
I just wanted to drop you a line to say how much I enjoyed the experience of "buying my new F150" from Zender Ford. The atmosphere was very friendly and courtious, really.... everyone went out of their way to help me and my wife get the right deal. We started on a new unit but went to a new demo that was the perfect fit for our budget.
From Dave our Salesman, Brandon the Sales Manager and Sandra in finance, everyone was extremely pleasant , friendly and helpful. They even threw in a paint stick and a new hat. The next time I want a jacket... because there will be a next time.

Well you were right! My son just sold my 2004 Buick on Kijiji for $4500 and it was listed for less than 12 hours! I was smiling before but I am really smiling now. I also want to thank you for your help in buying my new car. It was one of the big hurdles on my "widow list" for September. I appreciate you re-working the numbers on the sale price, thank you!
And thanks for rescuing me from the trauma of one of the city Ford stores and their sales strategy. I'm glad there is still a dealership that is my style.
